He was predeceased by: his father Jacques. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Daniel Michienzi; his daughters, Anne Marie Culbertson (Jerry Colson), Nancy Jo Black (Thomas Black) and Lisa Jean Dean (Brad Dean); his grandchildren, Matthew S., Maria, Mia and Evan; his great grandchild Koen; and his stepgrandson Matthew T..
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John Fisher Chapel (632 Laurel Hill Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514). A reception will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lecture Hall in the Activities Building at Carolina Meadows (100 Whippoorwill Ln, Chapel Hill, NC 27517).
