He was predeceased by : his parents, Theresa A. Apgar and Stacy T. Apgar; and his siblings, Richard A. Apgar and Dorothy L. Seitzmeyer. He is survived by : his wife Eileen Apgar (Mulcahy); his children, Kenneth Apgar Jr. and Karen Sapir (Apgar); and his grandchildren, Steven, Michael, Spencer and Caroline.
