He was predeceased by: his father KungKung; and his grandfather KungKung. He is survived by: his wife Grace Chiu; his daughters, Jennifer Chan-Huang (William Huang) and Christie Worthen (Nathan Worthen); his grandchildren, Isaac, Caleb Huang, Ethan and Natalie Worthen; and his siblings, Chan Man-Wo, Chan Man-Cho, Chan Man-Che, Chan Yuk-Mui and Chan Yuk-Bing. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
