He is survived by: his wife Moon Eldridge; his children, Blair, Morgan Eldridge and Ashley Eldridge Dart; his son-in-law Matthew Dart; his grandchildren, Laura, Luke and Lily Dart of Hawaii; and his siblings, Larry Eldridge (Kas) and Kathy Jaques (Jim).
