He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Pauline Lee. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Lee; his daughter Sharon Miyako (David); his brothers, Kerwin Lee (Cara) and Roderick Lee (Maddie); and his granddaughter Hannah Miyako.
