He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Herbert Miller and Marie McDonough Miller; his wife Janice Carol Miller; and his sister Elaine Bradford. He is survived by: his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Teresa; his grandchildren, Kyle and Katelyn; his son Kent; his daughter-in-law Brynne; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Michaela, Theodore and Oliver.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Walker's Funeral Home (11680 US Hwy 15 501, Chapel Hill, NC 27516).
