She is survived by: her siblings, Stergios and Joanne; her former husband Nick Sempeles; her significant other Irish; her sons, John and Harry Sempeles; her daughters-in-law, Katherine Sempeles and Vicky Sempeles; her grandchildren, Arianna, Zoe (John), Joseph and Ben (Harry); her sister Lea OQuinn; her siblings-in-law, Doyle Graham and Gloria Nikides; her stepdaughter Dawn Davidson; and her close friends, Linda Hemphill and Nancy Ball. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hall-Wynne Funeral Service (1113 W Main St, Durham, NC 27701). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Durham.
Donations can be made in Thalia's name to St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church in Durham.
