He was predeceased by: his parents, Nunzio (Emma Ruta) and NJ; his wife Emilie; and his sister Josephine Noto. He is survived by: his children, Laurie Ann DiCorcia (Donald), Linda Ruta (Joseph Parrillo) and James Ruta (Kelly); his grandsons, Gregg Michael Marella, Connor Ruta, Jason Marella and Tyler Ruta; and his sister Salvatrice Herbert.
