He was predeceased by: his parents, Boin Burns and Flaura Burns (Shirley); and his siblings, Becky Gannon, Linda Gillikin, Pat Messer and Mildred Debusk.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Burns; his daughters, Patricia Burns and Joy Salcius (Richard); and his siblings, Margaret Gentry (Rodger), Nina Burns and Jim Burns (Beryl).
