He was predeceased by: his wife Sophia Tatsis (Charlotte); his siblings, Peter Tatsis, Nick Tatsis and Katerina Skourtis of Greece; his sister-in-law Anthoula Tatsis; and his niece Vivian Tatsis Stergiou.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Tatsis and Anna Tatsis Shinas; his granddaughter Efthimia "Mia" Shinas; his brother Angelo Tatsis (Avgoula); his sister-in-law Antonia Tatsis of Charlotte; and his sister Evthokia Siozios of Greece. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
