It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Arnold Graven of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Graven and Susan Fox Graven. He is survived by: his wife Sue Graven; his daughters, Tina Kneisel (Michael) and Tami Dietz (Alan); his grandchildren, Katy (Brody), Kenny, Abby, Ella, Clinton and Hampton; and his siblings, Frank Graven (Connie), Margaret Sizer (Danny) and Nancy Downey (Earl). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (3016 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to Habitat for Humanity or Levine & Dickson Hospice House at Southminster in Andy's memory.
