He is survived by: his wife Mary Pegues; his daughters, Sheila Smith (Don) of Monroe, NC, Lynette Pegues and Latanya Pegues-Riddick (Deandre); his mother-in-law Willie Mae McLean; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Pegues, Althea Randolph, Vanessa and Larry Sharpe (Pat); his grandchildren, Sierra Pegues (Jeremy), Jessika McMaster, Shanice Pegues (Keith), Deja Watts and Makayla Smith; his great grandchildren, Chase Pegues, Kashiya, Keimar Ford, Kaliyah, Jamir, Autumn Williams, Kari Rogers, Carter McMaster-Shaw, Jordyn and Jaxon Sturdivant; and his niece Claytonia Boular-Woods (Bernice Sturdivant). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
