She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lindsay Parks and Cora Robinson Colson Parks; and her husband Donald Alexander McGinnis. She is survived by: her children, Greg McGinnis (Becky) and Shelley Hamilton (David); her grandsons, Alex Hamilton, Seth Hamilton (Lauren), Jonathan McGinnis (Melissa) and Luke Hamilton (Caroline); and her great grandchildren, Anna Stephens Hamilton, Emma Hamilton, Marshall McGinnis, Warner McGinnis, Eli Hamilton and Isaac Hamilton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church of Rock Hill (481 Hood Center Dr, Rock Hill, SC 29730). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. McGinnis's name to First Baptist Church, 481 Hood Center Drive, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
