She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Kenneth and Catherine Mary Wolff (Cameron); and her son Barclay. She is survived by: her husband Robert B. Averell of Ann's Catholic Church; her daughters, Cathy Averell (Jamie Strickland) of Concord and Valerie Luczak (Paul Luczak) of Charlotte; and her granddaughters, Courtney Luczak of Armonk and Allison Luczak of Charlotte.
