She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fletcher and Lavina Morris Apple; and her husband James Curtis Williford, Jr. (Jim). She is survived by: her children, Kathi (Steve), Curt and David (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian), Cameron (Kyle), Jordan (Carter), Ryan (Ciara), Neil and April; and her great grandchildren, Clark, James, Jack, Carson and Harris.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (400 New St, New Bern, NC 28560). A reception will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Greenleaf Memorial Park (900 River Rd, New Bern, NC 28562).
