He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence MacLean and Horace MacLean; his siblings, Faye Trafton, Leigh, Raymond, Edward and Ronald; and his siblings' children, Dawn MacDougall, Theresa MacLean, Stephen MacLean and Ronald MacLean.
He is survived by: his wife Melvina; his sons, Scott MacLean and Jason MacLean (Cheryl); his stepdaughters, Heidi Gowan (Eugene), Tania Johnson (Jason), Tanya Shannon (Luke), Kelly Cabrera-MacFarlane and Angie Neate (Nick); his sisters, Donna Madsen (Cecil), Debbie MacDougall (Donnie), Norma MacLean (Heather), Laurie MacLean (Cindi) and Shelli MacLean (Leo); and his siblings-in-law, Anita Savoie (Romeo), Vincent Daigle (Amanda) and Vernon Daigle. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 2 great step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd. (23 Main St, St Stephen, NB E3L1Y9). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd. (23 Main St, St Stephen, NB E3L1Y9).
