He is survived by: his significant other Carol Thomas; his daughters, Deborah Thomas and Theresa Cochran (Thomas); his grandchildren, Alex Daughtry and Makayla Cochran; his sister Wendy Oehlert Adams; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Smith.
