Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bhabani Sarkar of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 79, on July 24, 2023. She is survived by: her friend Bhabanidi; her husband Santanu; her siblings, Kajari and Swapan; and her children, Sanjib, Sumit, Kalpita and Leslie. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to any of the following charities for which she regularly donated, as well as american heart association since she passed of heart disease.
