Hightower IV (Tiffani), Michael Brian Howie (Tara) and Timothy Paul Howie; and his siblings, Kenneth C. Howie (Judy), June W. Howie, Jr. (Janice) and Daniel A. Howie (Kathy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
