He is survived by: his siblings, Christy Batten of Thomasville, Cynthia Hoffman (Bill) of Hillsborough, Steven Byerly of Thomasville and Adam Byerly of Charleston.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 5:15 PM at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360).
