We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2020, at the age of 65, Brian James Burke of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Miami, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph Burke Sr. and Edna Madalyn Strunk; and his brother Thomas Joseph Burke Jr.. He is survived by: his pet Tangle; his wife Lori Burke; his sister Tesse Weimar (Kenneth); his nieces, Kathleen Weimar and Karen Weimar; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katey Deppeler (Jeremy), Zoe Williams, Zachary Chapman and Luke Soriano; his sister-in-law Luane Renfro; and his nephew Joshua Renfro (Chante).

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date due to Covid concerns.

Donations can be made to the MS society or Humane society.
