He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Weiss Burkley. He is survived by: his wife Diane Burkley; his children, Rene, Richard Walker, Laura, Cory Martinsen, Jessica Burkley and Mike LeViner; his grandchildren, Justina Walker, Natalia Walker, Michael Walker, Barrett Martinsen and Colt Martinsen; and his siblings, Richard Burkley, Lynn and Steve Shaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
