He is survived by: his son Jason Lewis (Heather) of Franklin; his grandsons, Robert Lewis, Dillon Lewis and Tyler Harrold; his girlfriend Diane Hoffman; his girlfriend's daughter Abigail Hoffman; his cousins, Emma and Tommy Lewis Jr.; Brittany, Dakota, Madolyn Ellis, Brian Lewis, Christian Lewis, Chase Hernandez, Stacey Ponder, Reese, Reagan and Rylie.
