She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Simmons Dorsey and Cleo Cornelius Dorsey; her sons, James Jones and William S. Jones; and her husband Jimmy Kee.
She is survived by: her daughter Keisha Ellison (Rossi); her siblings, Faye Watts (Virgil) and Jerry Dorsey (Angela); and her grandchildren, Octavious Hopper (Nesha), Mathew Hopper (Johnathan), LaKesha Black, Nathan Black, Jaylin Ceja, Tania Herbert, Jasmine Jones and Alana Cotten. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
