With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cathy Bright of Charlotte, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Cathy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Cathy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Truman Bright, Sr. and Delores Cooper Bright; and also John Truman Bright, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Echols (Robert) and Shannon Bright; her grandchildren, Lana, Emerald and Zorah; and her brothers, Steve and Randy Bright. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
