He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frederick "Freddie" Smith and Nancy Lee Mills Smith. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Smith; and his sister Melodie Smith Carswell (Eddie Carswell). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
