He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores T Miller and Charles Lewis Miller; his stepfather Louis B Boyer; his in-laws, Delores and Charles Malcomb; his siblings, Diana Love Forth, Dan, Charlie, Jerry, Rocky and Kevin Malcomb; and his grandson Jordan Hanson.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Delores Malcomb; his great grandchildren, Jorge, Oliver and Everleigh; and his children, Denise Miller, Dawn Miller, Deeann Hampton, Shane Hanson, CHeryle Ruland (Dan) and Cindy Talley. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, 7 brothers in law, 4 sisters in law, multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins.
