As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyle B. Mills and Dora Lee Adams Mills; his wife Annie McLellan Mills; and his siblings, John Patrick Mills, Michael Levern Mills and Marlene Mills.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Mills Hendricks (Tom) of Clinton; and his special buddy Steve Jones.
