We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2021, at the age of 87, Charles Turnmire Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edmond Turnmire, Sr. and Ola Hartley Turnmire; and his sisters, Peggy Hawkins and Rebecca Threadgill. He is survived by: his wife Beada Huntley Turnmire; his daughter Tara Lucas (Steve); his grandchildren, Evan Lucas and Emily Lucas; his nieces and nephews, Lisa Stahl, Debbie Threadgill, Katrina Crooks (Jason), Bud Freeman (Mary) and Alex Freeman (Cheri); and his cousin Marlene Hartley.
