He is survived by: his children, Patrick S. Randolph, Ontario Patrice Randolph and Charlie Stephon Randolph; his grandchildren, Sheena Randolph Sullivan, Charles Rayshun Sullivan, Deon Randolph, Raven Martinez, Montrae Randolph, Kendal Ivey, Charlie Stephon Randolph Jr., Devon Randolph, Alexandria Randolph and Quentin Randolph; his siblings, Inez Jones (Eugene), Rev. George H. Randolph (Norma), Ida Randolph (Melvin Tucker), Betty Gray (Larry), John Randolph (Brenda) and Barbara Frederick (Lewis); and his sisters-in-law, Eula Ann Simmons Estrich, Ella Ruth Simmons Wideman and Frances Simmons Mance. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
