He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Odell Adams Fulmer; and his children, Ponda Lynn Fulmer and Avery Lydell Tompkins. He is survived by: his children, Josie, Tonya, Sonya Lee Hendricks of Friendsville, TN, Willie Jean Little of Melbourne, FL and Chilton Lee Fulmer III of Cocoa, FL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 6 great- great grandchildren.
