He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Joseph Doyle and Mary Higgins Doyle; and his siblings, May, Austin, Tommy Doyle, Elsie, Irene and Veronica.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Doyle; his daughters, Lorna Kaplan (Rick) of Charlotte and Kim TaqTaq (Rami) of Windsor, Canada; his stepchildren, Denise Cole (Chuck Allen) of Charlotte, Jim Sobieraj (Marbeth) of Frederick and Josef Sobieraj (Aurora) of Amarillo, Texas.; his grandchildren, Jamie Felts (Karma), Savanna Kaplan (James Liddic), Matthew TaqTaq, Cameron Cole, Payton Cole (Debby), Addy Cole, Indigo Sobieraj, Simon and Rosie Sobieraj; and his siblings, Joan Teate (Barry) of England, Esther Doyle of Dublin, Bridget Doyle of Toronto and Henry Doyle (Eileen). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home - Harrisburg (12115 University City Blvd, Harrisburg, NC 28075).
