Blair; her daughter Kathy Neill Herran (Peter); and her grandchildren, Libby Neill Sturgis (Gerald), Allison Neill Richardson (David), David Herran (Lisa), Cannon Herran Hunt (Charlie), Forrest Sturgis (Sara), Mark Sturgis (Colby), Alex Sturgis (Melanie), Kate Richardson Highly (Seth) and Beth Richardson.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Neill Harner (Rob); her grandchildren, Sarah Blair Harner and David Woodrow Harner; and her nephews, Michael E. Blair (Betsy) and Todd M. Blair (Yesim).
