She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Watt and Cleola Watt; her husband John D. Redice; her daughter Deborah Redice; and her siblings, Henry Watt, Lester Watt, Leo Watt, Emma Potts, Hattie Pettis, Elizabeth Taylor and Blanche Phifer.
She is survived by: her son Michael Redice; her grandchildren, LaKiesha Coffey (Reginald), Linda Redice and Eddie Redice; her great grandchildren, Kiara Redice, Derrick Redice, CaMari Simpson, Kaydence Redice and Eddie Redice Jr.; her great great grandchildren, Raelynn Redice, Jaiden Redice and Kumasi Simpson; her siblings, Annie McCullough, James Watt (LaFreda) and Clarence Watt; and her sister-in-law Maxine Watt.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Presbyterian Church (5125 Mt Olive Church Rd, Charlotte, NC 28278). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
