As we bid adieu to Constance Laverne's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Constance Laverne has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Robertson and Rita Mae Jones. She is survived by: her daughter Valerie King Frost (Ramon Sr.); and her sisters, Marilyn Hamlet Byrd and Antoinette Hamlet. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Holiday INN Express & Suites (101 Express Dr, Reidsville, NC 27320). Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the McLaurin-Harris Memorial Chapel (721 E Morehead St, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
