He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Scully and Mertle Sterger Scully; his mother-in-law Winona Ek; his son Tony Ek; and his brother Duane Scully.

He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Ek Scully; his children, Trevor (Kaitlin Wood), April (Cory Torralba) and Ashlyn; his grandsons, Trysten, Karsyn and Braxtyn; and his siblings, Dan Duquette (Karin) of Gentilly, MN, Korene Maynard (Steve) of Statesville, NC, Kathy Swenson (Kayo Thompson) of Cape Coral, FL and Karen Hagen (David) of Kannapolis, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
