We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2023, at the age of 86, Daniel O'Connell (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna C. O'Connell (Connolly) and Stephen O'Connell; his brother Paul; and his granddaughter Carly Anne Bastiansen. He is survived by: his children, Dan (Chris), Kari Maberry (Mark), Sean (Melanie), Darcy Grasso (Mickey), Kathleen Talbert (Mark) and David (Amber); his grandchildren, Erin (Kyle), Dan (Caroline), Brian, Jack, Cole, Sean, Megan (Christian), Brendan, Jenny (David), Michael (Jaclyn), Richie (Kristin), Matthew, Katie (Matt), Madi (Matt), Ben (Julia), Lauren and Lilly; his great grandchildren, Avery, Penelope, Oliver, Juliette, Ellie, Mackenzie, Leilani, Kaliko and Lucy; and his wife Wynette.
