Daniel Summers Jr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Summers Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Cameron Summers Sr. and Molly Lancaster Summers; and his siblings, John Summers and Molly S Carver. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Summers; his sister Pat Griffith; his children, Dan Summers III (Sally), Bob Summers (Sandy), Kathy Middleton (Jeff) and Mike Summers (Valerie); and his grandchildren, Summer Yeomans (Allan), Jimmy Hess (Hannah), Patrick Summers (Aaron), Kristine Clark (Joe), Daniel Summers IV (McKenzie), Sean Summers and Halle Summers. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.

He won the battle against COVID-19 but the virus took its toll on his body.
