He is survived by: his wife Tanya Silverthorne; his grandchildren, Olivia, Eleanor, Adeline, Wyatt, Joshua, Jackson, Griffin and Finley; his former wife Diana Hammack; Jennifer Portz, John Hammack, Tim Hammack and Kim Ward. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
