He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Bicker and Ruth Bicker-Harold (Smith); and his brother Malcolm Bicker. He is survived by: his wife Esther L. Bicker; his daughters, Sharon Roggenstein (Gary), Elizabeth Hall (Andrew) and Andrea Woodford (Tedd); his grandchildren, Carissa Simmons, Erin, Roggenstein, Hollie Chandler, Kelsey Sanders, Brock Hall, Liam Hall and Ashley Sauerwein; his great grandchildren, Jack Simmons, Emma Simmons, Callie Chandler, Chloe Chandler, Nathanael Chandler, Madeleine Sanders and Kade Sauerwein; and his siblings, Carolyn Sherman (Bill) and Douglas Harold. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
