Greene of Lenoir and Mary Anne Greene Patterson of Lenoir; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Flippin Greene of Kings Mountain, Lynn Greene of Lenoir, Virginia Greene of Lenoir and Curtis Pritchard of Lenoir.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Moretz Greene; his pet Nikki; his siblings, Ralph D. Greene of Lenior, John D. Greene (Claudia) of Statesville, Louis W. Greene of Marion, Mina G. Pritchard, Janice G. Driscoll (Edmund) of Raleigh and Sarah Pell (Alan) of Leesburg, FL.; and his godson Cory M. Greene. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Carolina Poodle Rescue (carolinapoodlerescue.org) or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
