He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norman Jarrett and Pauline Jarrett (Reed); and his brother Jimmy Jarrett. He is survived by: his wife Diana Hartman (Philabaum); his children, Charles Hartman (Heather) of Portland, Stephanie Hartman (Craig) of Acton, Crystal Bryant of Beaver Falls and Phillip Jarrett of Moundsville; his siblings, Cheryl Slater of Charleston, Boyce Jarrett (Bev) of Little River and Kevin Jarrett (Cynthia) of Nitro; and his cousin Jerry Voiles (Becky) of Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Samaritan's Purse and Disabled American Veterans.
