He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardine Porfilio (Buck) and Joyce Richards Porfilio; and his half-siblings, Ronald, Richard Porfilio (Yvonne) of Harmonsburg and Cheryl Anne Dove.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Algood (David); his grandchildren, Sloane and Klein Algood; and his brother Tony Porfilio (Cheryl) of Monroe, NC..
