She is survived by: her sister Marsha Higgins of Charleston, SC; her nephew Earl Bernard Higgins, Jr. (Lita); her great-nephew Earl Bernard Higgins, III; her great-niece Victoria Higgins of Fairfax Station, VA; and her cousin Tyrone Grant of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by several other aunts, cousins, and friends.
