It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Denise Foster of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on January 7, 2026, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Wendell James Dixon; her stepfather Bill Motl; and her sister Pamela Westberry. She is survived by: her mother Liz Motl; her sisters, Linda Drummond and Donna Rodgers; her niece Margaret Drummond; and her nephews, Christopher Rodgers, Timothy Pittman, Michael Pittman, Jeffrey Drummond and Shawn Pittman. She is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
