She was predeceased by: her brothers, Uriah Phillips, Jr., Marvin A. Phillips, H. B. Phillips, Neal Phillips and David C. Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer J. Dryden of Charlotte, NC.; and her children, Douglas H. Gibson of Tampa, FL, Connie R. Grundmann of Boiling Springs, SC, Deborah D. Andrews of Blairsville, GA, Michael J. Dryden of Chester, SC and Stephen J. Dryden of Brandon, FL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
The family will greet friends following the service while practicing social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, it is Mrs. Dryden's wish that donations be made to Hearts and Hammers Ministry at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Charlotte, NC. Please notate your donation is in her memory.
