She was predeceased by : her parents, Avis Hammond and Charlton Hammond; and her brothers, Maxy Hammond, Lloyd Hammond and Bobby Hammond.

She is survived by : her husband William Michael Cooke "Mike"; her children, Jennifer Williams, O'Connor (Cory) and Ronald Glenn Williams, Jr.; her grandchildren, Ronald Glenn Williams, III, Stella Grace Barbin and Noah Powell Barbin; her siblings, Rose Chesser (John), Paul (Doris Hammond) and Jack (Nancye Hammond); and her sisters-in-law, Susan Cooke Adams and Linda Williams Melrose. She is also survived by her family and friends.
