She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Green and Eva Reeves Blevins. She is survived by: her husband Joe Allen Culbreth; her children, Carol Culbreth Cooper (Drew) of Rock Hill and Joe Allen Culbreth Jr. of Charlotte; her grandson Matthew Allen Cooper of Rock Hill; and her sister-in-law Ann Culbreth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered in Diana's memory to Providence Baptist Church, 4921 Randolph Road, Charlotte, North Carolina 28211.
