With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald H. Bernstein (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on August 11, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert S Bernstein and Judy M Bernstein; his sister Ann Bernstein Brown; his aunt Lucky Munzer; and his daughter Leslie Ann Bernstein.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbi; his sons, David (Bernie Goldberg) and Daniel (Stephen Mally); his siblings-in-law, Carol Sandler and AJ Kalver; and his sibling's children, Susan Sandler (David Goodman), Michael Sandler (Dana) and Benjamin Sandler (Lolly Jamerson).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Temple Beth El, The Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte or a local charity of your choice.
