She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Raborn and Blanche Raborn (Kelley); her siblings, Donald Raborn and Brenda Baucom; and her son Leslie Dean Justice.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Penninger and Todd Justice (Cheryl); her siblings, Ronnie Raborn, Wayne Raborn (Glenda) and Wanda Keller (Burman); and her grandchildren, Brandon Penninger, Elisabeth Ortiz (Keith) and Ally Justice. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mallard Creek Baptist Church (3001 Morehead Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
